Overview:

We are seeking an analytical and hands-on Process Engineer to help us elevate the performance, efficiency, and quality of our high-volume manufacturing operations. In this fast-paced environment, you must be confident working across process optimization and continuous improvement, with strong technical instincts and the ability to work problems from symptoms to root cause.

Because our production floor relies on precision and high output, this role requires a strong emphasis on statistical analysis, machine optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. In addition to analyzing production data and equipment efficiency, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, commissioning new process equipment, and developing best practices.
