Position Overview

 Shaw is seeking a process engineer to assist the Coating Department by driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations by analyzing, optimizing, and sustaining production processes. Support departmental performance goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This position is for coater 3 (P80) managed by the P4 team.


RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
+ Develop, implement, and sustain process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analysis to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
+ Provide day-to-day technical support to production, maintenance, and quality teams.
+ Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA, RCA etc).
