Expleo are seeking to recruit several ManufacturingProcess Engineerto join our team based on a client’s site in the West Midlands. Our team are supporting manufacturing process improvements within our client’s electrical propulsion/battery systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilising your previous industry knowledge to help develop and implement assembly processes and facilities in line with our client’s quality delivery and cost objectives
• Support planning, development and implementation of installation timing plans with key suppliers
• Help ensure a robust process planning, which includes build simulations and PFMEA’s.
• Support assembly process & equipment verification at suppliers and at manufacturing facility
• Support management activities through development and monitoring of timing plans
• Support new model planning through development of process estimates against study requests
