 Develop and fine-tune thin film and dimensional metrology recipes for advanced process demonstrations, focusing on spectroscopic ellipsometry among other techniques.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality metrology services, from initial request through solution implementation.
 Monitor and ensure the performance and stability of metrology tools through rigorous Statistical Process Control (SPC). Collaborate with suppliers to achieve high tool uptime via proactive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and re...
