Process Engineer (12 hours shift/Loyang/Electronics MFG)

• Study and evaluate new methods and materials to improve current process and manufacturing capability.
• Conduct DOE to determine the key process parameters and product characteristics.
• Assist production in setting up machine operation procedures and safety guidelines.
• Explore possibilities of reducing material standard usage or source cheaper alternatives.
• Determine the root cause for sample rejection for process‑related issues.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Diploma with 2–3 years of working experience.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Independent, creative, resourceful and able to handle pressure.
• Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills.
