Meet The Team

Under the direction of the Manager of Engineering, the Process Engineer provides technical support for the improvement, installation, validation and transfer of replicate custom wet coating equipment used in the scale‑up of manufacturing for existing or new Dexcom products. These duties include leading or supporting cross‑functional equipment deployment teams while working with outside suppliers to meet process, requirements and equipment specifications and timelines. The Process Engineer also defines, develops and implements a robust monitoring system to measure and quantify the process performance in order to reduce scrap, improve product quality and enable best‑in‑class manufacturing.
