Process Development Specialist

**WELCOME TO BASF**:
The Sandefjord manufacturing site specializes in making active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and dietary supplements of highly-concentrated omega-3 fatty acids.
Around 150 people are based at the Sandefjord site and covers functions such as Quality management, R&D, Process
- and Plant development, finance and HR.
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:
- Contribute to optimal use of our existing production facilities in order to perform the production in the most efficient and sustainable way
- Cooperate with laboratory technicians and production team on testing of new and improved processes in laboratory, pilot scale and production scale
- Generate ideas related to new and improved production processes
- Collect and manage extensive data from production environment and perform statistical / multivariate data analysis
- Implement new ideas in the production plant
- Establish production processes for new products on site
