Support both volume production as well as New Product Introduction (NPI) production.

Support manufacturing for surface mount electronics (SMT), Flip Chip Attach and Die Attach.

Evaluate new equipments, processes, and materials.

Generating post build/DFM report.

Take 5S/process improvement initiatives.
