Job Summary
The Process Design Specialist I is responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs), job routings, and item codes for assigned product lines. This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate product structures and cost data within company systems. Product lines may include Bolts, Spiral Wound Gaskets, Heat Exchanger Gaskets, API products, Specialty Blots and Hoses.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate, set up, and maintain item codes for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods. Develop and maintain accurate BOMs and routings to support manufacturing and production planning. Collect and verify required product information from Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders (materials, dimensions, drawings, and units of measure).
