This onsite role will support plant operations and production through troubleshooting, process improvements, and leading a variety of engineering and capital projects. You'll lead and mentor a small team of process controls and electrical engineers while also coordinating with external design resources as needed. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with EHS standards and electrical safety codes across the facility.
