Responsible for translating R&D-developed processes, formulations, and prototypes into stable, scalable, and repeatable mass production.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Junior Level (1–3 years of experience)
• Mid Level (4–7 years of experience)
• Senior/Expert Level (8 years and above of experience)

Preferred Experience and Technical Skills

• Experience in high-voltage systems and power distribution, including electrical safety protocols
• Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial electrical equipment (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, motors)
• Familiarity with motor controls, PLC-based automation, and industrial control systems
• Experience with instrumentation, sensor calibration, and process monitoring
• Experience in machine design, fabrication, and integration for production-ready equipment
