Job Description

The Process Coach of MP&L is responsible for leading the daily internal logistics operations within the Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) function, ensuring the correct execution of receiving, shipping, market, and buffer processes to prevent production line stoppages. In this role, you will supervise a team of 30 to 50 hourly operators and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, cost, maintenance, and people standards. You will lead daily start‑up, close‑up and shutdown operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage the versatility matrix and development of your team, and act as a liaison between the work team, plant leadership, and the union to foster a stable, high‑performing work environment.
