Process Chain Expert(Stator)_ EM

• Define and optimize manufacturing process chains for stator production.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes to ensure quality, cost and productivity targets.
• Support product development with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) concepts.
• Evaluate new technologies, materials and manufacturing methods.
• Establish manufacturing standards and process building sets.
• Support ramp-up and series production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with global engineering and industrialization teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in stator manufacturing, motor production or industrialization.
• Strong understanding of stator assembly, winding and insulation processes.
• Experience in process development and production launch.
