• Lead process chain definition from concept phase to industrialization for rotor manufacturing.
• Define and standardize manufacturing process chains for eDrive products.
• Evaluate process alternatives regarding cost, robustness, maturity and scalability.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure manufacturable product designs.
• Drive process chain optimization through standardization and building-set utilization.
• Conduct make-or-buy analysis and manufacturing cost evaluations.
• Identify innovative manufacturing technologies and support technology roadmap development.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrialization.
• Strong knowledge of rotor manufacturing technologies and production processes.<...
