• Define manufacturing process chains for power electronics products (Xin1, 6-in-1, PE variants).
• Evaluate manufacturing technologies regarding cost, quality and scalability.
• Develop manufacturing standards and process building sets.
• Support product development with manufacturing expertise.
• Drive process chain optimization and technology innovation.
• Coordinate global process standardization activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Manufacturing or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in power electronics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of assembly, dispensing, bonding and testing processes.
• Experience with automotive electronics industrialization.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost optimization and process planning.
• Strong communication skills in English.
