Key Responsibilities

Process Optimisation & Efficiency

• Monitor and analyse plant processes including starch extraction, separation, and drying
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives
• Drive yield improvement and reduce material losses

Recovery & Yield Management

• Maximise product recovery (starch and by-products)
• Reduce waste streams and improve raw material utilisation
• Investigate process losses and implement corrective actions

Process Monitoring & Control

• Analyse key process parameters such as temperature, flow, pH, and solids
• Ensure processes operate within defined specifications
• Work closely with control systems (e.g. SCADA/DCS)

Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

• Investigate process deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and imple...
