Job Description

I. Basic Purpose of the Job

Supervise production line and control shop‑floor activities in order to meet production targets and supervise number of employees such as Production/ Manufacturing Operators.

II. Reporting Relationship

The position reports to the Manufacturing Section Manager

Responsibilities

III. Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance of a shift or area concerning delivery and meeting the Manufacturing KPI, not limited to; Productivity, Cycle‑time, On‑time delivery, Quality & Yield
• Plans headcount deployment, allocation of equipment, loading of materials and use of other resources to ensure maximum labor productivity, equipment, and space utilization.
