**Position Purpose:**

The Pro Sales Representative works to build strong relationships with our Pro customers and executes a sales strategy to profitably grow sales for assigned accounts to support the organization's goals and increases the company's market share. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of a designated portfolio, both existing and new, by identifying sales opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving assigned sales goals and gross margin targets. The Pro Sales Representative drives sales growth by proactively prospecting and engaging both new and existing B2B customers through high outbound activity, including cold calls, outreach initiatives.
