Job Description

                Job Title:  PRN/LPN (2nd shift: Mon to Fri 1 PM - 9 PM & Weekend shift: Sat & Sun: 8 AM - 9 PM)  
Location:  Smyrna, TN 37167 (Onsite from Day 1)  
Duration: 10+ Months Contract (With a possible extension) 
Job Description: The PRN LPN reports to the First Aid Center RN and is responsible for performing nursing tasks such as medication observation, treatments, documentation within the student's health record, and providing care to individuals with physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities. 
2nd shift: Mon to Fri 1 PM - 9 PM & Weekend shift: Sat & Sun: 8 AM - 9 PM  
Responsibilities: Assesses students at the First Aid Center with a triage approach 
Records vital signs, Observes students self-administering medications and documents progress 
Oversees the medication observation process
