Private Wealth Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Exeter, £80,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded team acting for a diverse client base across the UK and internationally. JOB REF:3499.

The Role

• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include estate and asset protection planning, drafting wills, including tax‑efficient and trust‑based structures, probate planning and estate administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• You will also supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives.

Skills Required

• Applications are sought from Private Wealth Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years PQE.
• You will have strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
