# Private Sector Housing Surveyor Location: Kettering Salary: 25.00 per hour PAYE Contract: Temp 12 months We are looking for a Private Sector Housing Surveyor to join our clients Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) Team. You will play a key role in delivering home adaptations for disabled and vulnerable residents, helping them remain safe and independent in their own homes. This is a hybrid role but could be remote depending on assessment numbers. ### Key Responsibilities Carry out home visits, surveys, and assessments in partnership with Occupational Therapists. Prepare specifications, schedules of work, drawings, and design proposals for adaptations. Manage adaptation projects from initial survey through to completion. Obtain and evaluate contractor quotations and tenders. Coordinate planning permissions, building regulations approvals, and party wall matters.
