The Role

You will manage a varied and interesting caseload covering all aspects of private client work, including:

• Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Administration of executry estates and trusts
• Preparation of confirmation applications, IHT returns and executry accounts
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to distribution
• Supporting and supervising junior team members, including paralegals and trainees
