Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a successful law firm based in Chesterfield. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, hybrid working and professional development opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

As the successful Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will manage a full caseload whilst offering support to the overall team and partners where required.

The caseload will consist of files ranging from not limited to:

• Wills & Probate


• Estate Administration


• Lasting Powers of Attorney


• Trust Administration


• Tax Returns

Person Specification

As the incoming Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will have a minimum of 1 year PQE with solid knowledge of Trust work. You will be able to demonstrate good technical and communication skills and an ability ...
