Private Client Solicitor – South Lanarkshire

An esteemed law firm highly rated for its exceptional client service is currently recruiting a Private Client Solicitor for its busy practice in South Lanarkshire. The firm has offices across the Central Belt, including Glasgow, Hamilton, and Edinburgh, and is known for its commitment to excellence.

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, although applications from those with varying levels of experience will be considered. The role primarily focuses on executry work, requiring solid experience in managing estates of all sizes and complexities. Essential skills include preparing IHT and Confirmation forms, handling Legal Right claims, and drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of meeting set targets and KPIs.
