Private Client Solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience to join a successful team based in Skipton. The successful candidate will be working with excellent administration support, with progression opportunities due to succession. The role is a permanent position.

Role responsibilities

The incoming Private Client Solicitor will be experienced and expected to confidently run their own caseload of private client matters which may encompass will, probate and estate administration, court of protection, LPA’s along with creating and managing trusts and advising on Inheritance Tax issues. The work and client base is highly varied, often dealing with clients with complex agricultural issues.
