Our client, a well-regarded firm in Glasgow is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its team. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of private client matters, and the position offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Managing wills, estate planning, powers of attorney, and executry matters.
Preparing confirmation applications and administer estates.
Advising on inheritance tax, succession planning, and asset protection.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and support business development activities.
The ideal candidate will be qualified in Scotland with 4+ years’ PQE. You will have private client experience, strong knowledge of Scots succession law, and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
