Private Client Paralegal

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our specialist firm, advising a loyal and longstanding client base which is primarily farming and land-owning individuals and families . You will bring a deep understanding of private client law and the ability to manage matters independently while delivering exceptional service.

Salary: £30-50K plus excellent benefits package.

Essential skills and experience

• Previous paralegal experience in Private Client law (minimum 12 months preferred).
• Strong understanding of key areas including wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Confident in drafting standard legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner.
