Private chef

A locally-based personal chef is required in a luxury villa in Roquebrune Cap Martin.
It should be a candidate with a passion for food and cooking, able to cope with last minute changes.
The kitchen is big and ½ professionally equipped.
The family consists of 5 people (rarely up to 5 guests), and the staff 12
Requirements :

•⁠ Must have attention to details, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
•⁠ Cuisines knowledge: French, Japanese, Asiatic, Italian, ⁠European, Indian, Vegetarian and Russian (optional).
