The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. The impact you'll make

Achieve configuration accuracy by leveraging internal tools such as ACQ and collaborating closely with field teams and account managers to maintain a master configuration that enables consistent and efficient repeat order processing. Define the necessary configurations for new product introductions (NPI), evaluation tools, and CIP items, ensuring all requirements are clearly established.
