An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Counsel FOI professional to join a high-performing in-house team within a critical public sector organisation that delivers essential services to the Victorian community.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on privacy, data protection, and information access matters, while contributing to strategic decision-making and risk management across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will support the development and implementation of policies, frameworks and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations.
