Printing Operations Management
Plan, manage, and execute daily printing production schedules as per order requirements.
Oversee all printing activities including screen printing, pigment, reactive, discharge, plastisol, rubber, foil, and digital printing.
Ensure optimum utilization of printing machines, manpower, and resources.
Technical & Process Control
Supervise printing processes such as screen preparation, color matching, strike-offs, and bulk approvals.
Ensure adherence to approved artwork, color standards, and buyer specifications.
Troubleshoot printing defects and process-related issues.
Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing machines.
Quality Control
Ensure print quality as per buyer standards and approved samples.
Control defects such as colour variation, misprint, smudging, pinholes, cracking, and poor adhesion.
Work closely with QA/QC teams to reduce rework and rejection.
