Overview We are seeking a Printer Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise printing infrastructure across HP Laser, Zebra, and small-format printers. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient printing operations while collaborating with IT teams to maintain enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot HP Laser, Zebra, and small printers (excluding firmware issues)
- Manage HP tool and server updates via Security Manager and Advance
- Add, manage, and update printers and policies across the enterprise environment
- Report and remediate compliance issues to maintain secure operations
- Support Direct IP Printer Logic for profile changes, drivers, queues, metrics, and printer updates
- Handle Webjet Admin discovery and remediation, including templates, groups, and CMDB integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
