Our client, a leading UK manufacturer within the polythene industry, is looking for an experienced Print Operator to join their production team. Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and mix inks in line with production schedules

* Read and interpret technical job specifications

* Set up and operate flexographic printing presses

* Monitor print quality and ensure high standards are met

* Carry out colour matching and adjustments

* Optimise machine performance to reduce waste and improve efficiency

* Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues

* Maintain high housekeeping standards across production areas

* Accurately complete production documentation
