Role Overview

An exciting opportunity within the Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to support the in‑house Legal Affairs Team, specializing in Employment Law. The closing date for applications is 30 June 2026.

You will provide legal advice and services to Trust staff on a wide range of matters, support the HR department with employment law issues, and assist in developing internal policies and processes related to human resources and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional legal advice and representation to clients on employment law matters.
• Represent clients in formal negotiations, legal proceedings, courts, tribunals, and other venues, undertaking advocacy where appropriate.
• Take and maintain detailed and accurate minutes of meetings, hearings, tribunals, inquests, and case conferences.
