Principal User Experience Specialist

About the Role: You will design complex communication workflows, AI-driven user journeys, data dashboards, and automation builders used by product, marketing, and operations teams. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, messaging infrastructure, behavioral analytics, and growth tooling.
