Principal Technical Program Manager (OCI Cloud Expansion)

Join Oracle’s cloud infrastructure organization at the forefront of global cloud expansion. As a Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cloud build programs in highly regulated, security-sensitive, and isolated environments. This role is responsible for coordinating large, cross-functional initiatives across planning, design, construction, deployment, validation, security hardening, accreditation readiness, and operational handoff.

You will operate in environments where standard delivery processes must be combined with careful issue resolution, customer-specific requirements, and the development of repeatable delivery methods for future programs. The role includes close coordination across engineering, operations, security, compliance, supply chain, networking, service readiness, facilities, and customer stakeholders to bring new cloud environments online safely, efficiently, and at scale.
