Principal Specialist, Total Manufacturing Cost (Night Shift)

What You Will Do

• Monitor and analyze total manufacturing costs, including direct labor, materials, overhead, and production expenses.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to understand cost drivers and improve cost performance.
• Track manufacturing KPIs such as labor efficiency, material utilization, scrap, rework, and productivity.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Validate cost assumptions for new products, process changes, and capital investments.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with company financial policies.
