Principal Solutions Engineer

+ Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments.

+ Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning, Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability.

+ Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents.

+ Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption.

+ Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues.

+ Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and troubleshoot compatibility issues.
