**Your Role at Dynatrace**
Help shape the future of IT operations and observability by building deep integrations between Dynatrace and ServiceNow.
Reporting to the Director of Global Strategic Technology Alliances and Ecosystems in the Office of Technology and Product (OTP), the Principal Solution Architect drives the technical core of our ServiceNow partnership. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and Product Architects from both Dynatrace and ServiceNow, driving solution design, reference architecture, technical advisory, and co-innovation, ensuring customers realize the full power of Dynatrace combined with ServiceNow.
Your responsibilities include:
+ Co-innovate with Dynatrace Product & Engineering teams and ServiceNow counterparts, translating market needs into high-impact features.
