Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Software Testing Team Lead with a strong background in embedded systems and aviation software testing. The ideal candidate has managed testing teams, written and executed test cases, and is familiar with RTCA DO-178C. UAV systems and QT framework experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the software testing team to ensure timely, accurate test delivery
• Design and maintain test cases from requirements and design docs
• Execute manual and automated tests against functional, performance, and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with RTCA DO-178C in safety‑critical environments
• Manage the full testing lifecycle: planning, execution, defect reporting, completion
