Our client is looking for a highly skilled **Principal Software Engineer** to lead their Guidewire Claim Center development team. This role requires someone enthusiastic about innovative problem-solving within a cross-functional team and who supports agile/lean practices. The Principal Engineer will guide the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications, offering advanced technical insight and business expertise to the team.

**Pay Range:**
$140,000 - $150,000 with a 35% bonus potential
