Principal Scientist, R&D – Product Development –Canada Peanut Butter

This is a Research and Development (R&D) role leading Product Development initiativesfor Kraft Peanut Butterwithin theCanadaplatform. The Principal Scientist is expected to provide leadership for and execution of projects.The candidate should have proven experience in peanut andnut‑butterproduct development, process scale-up, quality & food safety, and sensory science. Proventrack recordindeveloping new formulations,improving stability and shelf life of peanut butter,andexpertisein processing equipment (roaster, colloid mill/homogenizer, cooler).Demonstrated an ability tolaunchhigh-volume SKUs, reducing ingredient cost, and leadingcross‑functionalteams from concept through commercialroll‑out.
