• In this role, you will provide leadership within the UK & Ireland business to identify, develop and implement appropriate strategies & plans to ensure that large rotating business critical machinery is procured, operated and maintained safely, reliably and efficiently
• You will work with operating sites, Remote Operating Centre (ROC), Equipment Health Centre (EHC) and central engineering staff, review and analyse equipment condition, downtime figures & other operational data to identify recurring themes and develop strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
• In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key outsource providers & ensure they provide value for money services through the development of service contracts, regular communication & coordination of performance review meetings
