AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal Lead to help shape and drive Pan-Amazon engagement globally. This high visibility role is paving a new path for how ProServe supports our most strategic customers by helping ProServe teams globally connect Amazon’s operational excellence in Commerce, Supply Chain, AdTech/MarTech, and Customer Experience to production outcomes for enterprise customers. You will work alongside domain experts in Supply Chain, Commerce, Advertising, Connect, and Agentic AI to ensure their solutions reach customers across all industries and geographies through the right pursuit motions and delivery models.

You will work collaboratively across Strategy and Business Development, ProServe and delivery teams, domain experts, and partners to orchestrate complex pursuits that span multiple Amazon business units.
