Accessibility is also becoming a board-level priority globally (e.g., WCAG-aligned regulations and the European Accessibility Act), and our customers need a partner who can help them move from reactive compliance to proactive governance and continuous improvement. We re hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead a major slice of our Accessibility pillar, owning a high-impact problem space end-to-end and raising the bar on product craft across the team.

What you will be doing

• Lead product strategy & outcomes
• Own the product strategy for your domain: vision bets roadmap results.
• Define and drive metrics (e.g., activation, retention, remediation throughput, issue recurrence, compliance readiness, customer retention influence).
