Job Description

+ Day to day interactions with Foundries, manage foundry technology deliverables to enable product design, manage meetings and technical discussions on process technology topics with Foundry partners to meet Renesas’ product and roadmap requirements
+ Support and guide product design teams on process technology options, power device usage & layout/isolation best practices as well as general design support activities.
+ Work with product design and layout engineers on DRC reviews, layout checks and other process verifications for successful tape out of products.
+ To maintain a sound knowledge and understanding of IC technologies in the marketplace (especially High Voltage, Analog, Mixed Signal BCD processes) and transferring that knowledge to others (technical expert)
+ Review and evaluate Foundry process technologies and SPICE models for accuracy, design ability and production readiness.
