Lead Minto Elementary Middle School in Grand Lake, New Brunswick as Principal for a five-year term. Focus on instructional leadership, optimal learning, and fostering a positive school climate.
The principal will oversee approximately 356 K-8 students, fulfilling duties as outlined in the New Brunswick Education Act. This role requires strong communication with stakeholders, strategic planning, and effective monitoring of student progress to enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote instructional leadership and a positive school climate
• Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
• Manage school resources and facilities efficiently
• Implement strategic planning for school improvement
Requirements:
• Continuing contract in New Brunswick education system
• Valid Principal’s Certificate or Interim Principal’s Certificate
• Minimum 5 years public school teaching experience
