Principal Mechanic

Principal Mechanic Pay: £48K £58K per annum, DOE Hrs: 38 hr week, MonThu: 7:30am4pm, Fri: 7:30am2pm Driver Hire Aberdeen are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Principal Mechanic to lead and oversee all mechanical and hydraulic workshop activities across their Aberdeen operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing mechanical delivery, supervising Mechanical Supervisors and ensuring all build, refurbishment, maintenance, mobilisation and testing activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. The successful candidate will bring strong mechanical and hydraulic experience, a disciplined approach to workshop operations and the ability to lead teams across multiple concurrent work scopes.
