+ Oversee project control staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and providing leadership and direction to team

+ Accountable for the performance and results of Project Controls function

+ Prepare and manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for Asset Performance Solution business

+ Support Asset Performance Solution Leadership actions to achieve business financial targets

+ Support individual PSL leadership, provide guidance on opportunities to achieve earnings targets

+ Monthly PSR Reviews:

+ Manage Agenda of Project to be Reviewed and Review Dates

+ Review and Approve Actions Items

+ Run Monthly PSR meetings


+ Oversee Project Forecast Model Updates

+ Support PM with monthly updates

+ Support PEQ PM with monthly vendor MPR/Accruals
