onsemi is looking for a **Principal Image Sensor & Camera Systems Engineer** specializing in **Indirect Time-of-Flight (iToF)** systems. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our 3D sensing roadmap—developing models for iToF pixels, defining active illumination subsystems, and architecting the reference designs that power next-generation depth cameras, driver monitoring systems (DMS), and eye-tracking applications.
